- Click on File, then select Utilities. If you see the option for Host Multi-User Access, click it.
- Don’t select Stop Hosting Multi-User Access.
- Ensure that QuickBooks services are running on your server. Follow the steps below for QuickBooksDBXX and then repeat for QBCFMonitorService.
- Open the Windows Start menu.
